Grego AI is building the foundation for trustworthy AI in medicine, starting with the part most systems skip: an explicit, shared model of what is known.
Why a model?
Medicine brings together people who see the same reality differently: clinicians, microbiologists, emergency coordinators, researchers. Their tools should follow their view of the world, and change as it changes.
At the same time, data without structure is easy to collect and hard to trust. When every record follows a model that experts defined and versioned, you can explain where an answer came from, and what it was based on at the time.
What we believe
- Explicit over implicit. Types, attributes and relationships are declared, not guessed.
- History over overwrite. Observations are kept, so the past stays inspectable.

Where we are
The current product lets teams define an ontology, collect knowledge against it and explore it on a map and a graph, and evolve that ontology as their field does. It is the base for what comes next: neurosymbolic AI that is grounded in expert knowledge and can reason over it.
